Hi friends, as we're all hyper-aware of the current state of affairs surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we are thrilled to be able to say that we have been quick to take action in response the current public health crisis by adopting high precautionary standards in making sure that any risk of cross-contamination is eliminated, but we need your help!

Here are just a few steps we are taking and recommend when exchanging or receiving goods:

- WASH YOUR HANDS. We know, redundant, but properly washing your hands regularly, especially after handing any object that's been touched by someone outside your quarantine bubble is SUPER IMPORTANT!

- WAIT 72 HOURS. We are practicing a standard 72-hour waiting period from between the time we receive any outside packages or materials. 72 hours is the known timeline that COVID-19 is able to live unassisted on any given surface, so this is the MINIMUM amount of time we wait before handling any packages and their contents.
This waiting period may make things move slightly slower than normal, but the health and well-being of our friends, fellow artists, and collectors is our top priority.

- RECEIVING ARTWORK. Once we receive work from an artist, we wait the 72 hours before handling the package of which contents are then disinfected as an extra precaution. We also strongly recommend that customers who purchase art wait that same time length before opening your package.

- BE RESPONSIBLE. If you or someone you have come in contact with has been exposed to COVID-19, please do your civic duty by not participating in any person-to-person exchange of goods.

We know that this all feels scary in the moment, but if everyone does their part together we can flatten the curve and overcome this.
It's up to us to support and protect one another!
